I love to eat food. Food is love, food is life.
I’ve studied at both the Living Light Culinary Institute in Northern California, and the Natural Epicurean in Austin – both are plant-based culinary schools with a focus on healthy cooking.
While we lived in Toronto, I spent some time working for a vegan catering company – the food was great and my knife skills have never been better – the line of work just wasn’t for me. I prefer casual home cooking and blogging, so that’s what I do here.
